Pune: Fortuna Engineering has entered into a strategic partnership with Bharat Forge Limited (BFL). BFL announced the acquisition of a 30% stake in Fortuna at an equity value of ₹129.60 crore, subject to final closing adjustments.

Founded in 1989, Fortuna Engineering is a leading manufacturer of precision-machined engine components catering to automotive and industrial applications in India.

Fortuna Engineering serves major automotive OEMs across multiple segments, including passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, tractors, and off-highway applications, positioning itself as a key player in the domestic manufacturing ecosystem.

The strategic investment in Fortuna Engineering reflects Bharat Forge’s continued focus on strengthening its capabilities and expanding its footprint in the precision engineering and automotive components sector.
